Evesham Plan: 325 Homes May Replace Centre Blvd. Offices

Up to 325 multifamily units, in buildings up to four stories, could replace the garden offices at Centre Boulevard and Old Marlton Pike, behind Marlton Crossing Shopping Center on Route 73. The Centre Boulevard Redevelopment Plan for the 38-year-old office complex goes before the Township Planning Board on Thursday night after a public hearing. The meeting starts at 7 p.m. at Town Hall (984 Tuckerton Road) and will be livestreamed.

If approved, the plan moves to Township Council for a vote. Council designated the site for redevelopment in August 2022, and a detailed plan was submitted on Jan. 17 by Heyer, Gruel & Associates. The plan outlines potential uses, but a developer would still need Township approval for specific projects.
